Our highest priority is making sure your health, safety, and workplace rights are protected.

We are here for you – with the expert resources, professional advice, and support you need to protect yourself, and ensure your rights and entitlements are upheld.

Contact your AWU Delegate/ HSR in the first instance or Organiser if you require assistance with an issue at work.

We know that many of you have questions about your rights regarding leave entitlements, self-isolation policies, and changes to working hours.

Keep your details up to date so we can stay in touch.

We are taking measures also to protect the health and safety of our officials and staff during the COVID-19 virus outbreak. During this period due to Government Legislation from time to time you may encounter the Office being closed however rest assured our staff and Officials are still able to assist albeit from another location. Your patience and understanding is appreciated however rest assured your industrial interests are still our number one concern. We will, as we have done for almost 135 years continue to represent working Men and Women at work.
